Is Busboys & Poets Coming To Falls Church?

A new shopping center in Falls Church called The Reserve at Tinner Hill is scheduled to be completed sometime towards the end of the year and the word on the street is that the Falls Church City Council is lobbying for the restaurant Busboys And Poets to open up a 5th location in the Little City.

Right now they are in the wining and dining stages of the process, and it is far from official, but Busboys (and 2 other restaurants) would join with the North Carolina based high end organic grocery store Fresh Market at the corner of Rt. 29 and Maple Ave in Falls Church to form the retail section of Tinner Hill.

Although a short while ago the Anacostia neighborhood tried to lure the owner to put one in their area and it never happened.

Busboys & Poets opened it's first location in Washington, D.C. by the U Street Metro and has since expanded into a 2nd DC location (north of Chinatown), Hyattsville Maryland, and the Shirlington section of Arlington.  They call themselves a "community resource for artists, activists, writers, thinkers and dreamers." I call it, a "restaurant".
